Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) safely
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Load/unload materials and operate light machinery as trained
- Document daily progress and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across DFW metro
- Valid state ID and willingness to pass background/drug screen
- Basic tool handling knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong commitment to punctuality and safety compliance
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
