Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain organized work areas and follow all safety protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, demolition, and finishing operations
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Complete daily site inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work in all weather conditions
- Team player with positive attitude
