Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials to and from the job site.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties on the construction site.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Support carpenters, electricians, and other tradesmen with daily tasks and material handling.
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations strictly at all times.
- Move heavy materials safely using manual or mechanical lifting equipment.
- Ensure the work area is kept organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
