Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, mixing concrete, and hauling materials.
- Safely operate heavy machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and leveling ground.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
- Previous construction experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and terminology is a plus.
