Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on active construction sites, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks and store them securely.
- Follow written and verbal instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Ensure all work areas comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material counting.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid identification and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
