Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Physical stamina and strength to perform heavy lifting.
