Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and foremen with daily site operations and tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment on-site.
- Perform general labor duties, including digging, cleaning, and sweeping.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 75 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic reading and math skills for material measurements.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and at heights (if applicable).
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but training is available for motivated candidates.
