Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction including demolition, framing, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following site protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project schedules require.
