Unlike many employers, we do not require prior experience. We are a family-owned business committed to training the next generation of master electricians. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on skills in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial sites.
- Material Management: Load, unload, and organize electrical materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Safety First: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Blueprint Literacy: Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams under supervision.
- Basic Testing: Assist in performing basic circuit testing and verifying work against code requirements.
- Site Cleanliness: Keep job sites organized, clean, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic calculations for measurements and material estimation.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn from mentorship.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime when needed.
