Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist with general site cleanup, debris removal, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Operate hand and power tools under strict supervision to support ongoing operations.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific regulations at all times.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Help with excavation, concrete finishing, and other general labor duties as directed.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) regularly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.
- Willingness to learn quickly and adhere to strict safety guidelines.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
