As a Construction Laborer at BuildRight, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, physically fit, and ready to contribute to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with various tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools, ensuring they are used safely and correctly.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform general cleanup of work areas and job sites after daily operations.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints and specifications.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on feet.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
