- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision (e.g., power drills, saws, compressors).
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and site regulations.
- Trade Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) by performing necessary tasks to help complete projects on time.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing on concrete.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills in the construction industry.
