Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment as directed by the site supervisor.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by removing debris and organizing tools.
- Physical Labor: Perform a variety of physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction machinery and equipment under direct supervision.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with little to no prior construction experience.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for long hours.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work a full-time schedule.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Documentation: Eligible to work in the United States.
