Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including digging, hauling, and lifting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as carpentry, roofing, or masonry support.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under supervision when certified.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
