Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently under supervision
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site managers and crew leads
- Maintain clean and organized job sites according to OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with installation and framing tasks
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in all weather conditions
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- 1+ years of construction experience or equivalent training
