Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and light equipment safely
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist skilled trades (carpentry, masonry, etc.)
- Report hazards and maintain safety protocols
- Complete daily equipment inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background/driving checks
- Basic math/measurement skills
- Flexible availability (weekends/OT required)
