Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily tasks on the job site.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery in a safe and compliant manner.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- Strictly follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to maintain a professional and organized environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn new skills.
