Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various on-site tasks, including framing, roofing, and concrete work.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform site preparation, digging, and excavation duties as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
