Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like material handling and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain organized workspaces
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for project specifications
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Load/unload construction materials and deliver to designated areas
- Perform basic trenching, shoveling, and concrete finishing tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Previous construction or landscaping experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
