Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Participate in building framework, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Follow verbal instructions and collaborate with team members efficiently
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train on the job!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily with appropriate breaks
