Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall, and general site cleanup.
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials with precision and care.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and generators safely.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform daily site inspections and report any safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Transport tools and equipment between job sites efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to follow directions.
- Experience in general labor or construction is preferred but not required.
