Job Overview
As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, supporting our skilled tradespeople and ensuring our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment (safely and correctly).
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Clean work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Support carpenters, electricians, and other trades as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including weekends if necessary.
- Must possess a valid ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
