Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various aspects of the construction process, including framing, concrete pouring, and roofing.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites efficiently.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Operate construction tools and heavy machinery under supervision (training provided).
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and site procedures.
- Willingness to travel to job sites in Virginia Beach and surrounding Pennsylvania areas.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
