Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Follow blueprints and instructions provided by site supervisors to ensure quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with little to no prior construction experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills are helpful.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
