Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and concrete work.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and move them to work sites safely.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removal of debris, trash, and waste materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations is helpful but not required.
