Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Load/unload materials and transport supplies to work areas
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and follow safety protocols
- Complete daily time logs and equipment inspections
- Adapt to changing project priorities and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
- Team player with clear communication skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
