Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with basic setup and cleanup tasks.
- Manual Labor: Perform physically demanding tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety compliance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company guidelines at all times.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
