- Assist with Site Preparation: Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and deliver them to the work site.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, cleaning, and setting up temporary structures.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., forklifts, jackhammers) under supervision to support the crew.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Cleanliness: Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other crew members.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a reliable mode of transportation to the job site.
