Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and staging of construction materials and equipment.
- Perform general site cleanup, including removal of debris, trash, and waste.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of a lead worker.
- Help skilled tradesmen with various tasks, including carpentry, framing, and general site preparation.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe according to OSHA regulations.
- Transport materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from project managers and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to different job sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
