Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and site cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and project schedules set by the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
