Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for use on-site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, carrying, and cleaning.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines (OSHA standards).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
