Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Keep construction sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Perform digging, leveling, and site preparation as directed by the foreman.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Must be willing to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (rain, heat, cold).
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50+ lbs.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
