Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Perform general cleaning and site maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations, site protocols, and project instructions.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging, and leveling the ground.
- Participate in demolition and material removal activities when required.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting and standing.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and at various heights.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal or written instructions.
- Strong commitment to safety and workplace cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to the job site is required.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
