Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily on-site tasks and renovations.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and heavy machinery safely under supervision.
- Transport materials, tools, and supplies to and from the job site efficiently.
- Follow strict OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain a tidy workspace.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate within a team.
- Drug-free and willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
