Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Perform general cleaning and site preparation before and after work hours.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as mixing concrete, digging trenches, or setting forms.
- Operate and maintain basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to perform heavy manual labor for extended periods outdoors.
- Ability to work at various heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
