Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and general maintenance.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations at all times.
- Transport debris and waste to designated disposal areas.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Must have a valid driver's license (Class C) and reliable transportation.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
