Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor duties, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as electricians, plumbers, and carpenters with daily tasks.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and layout plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Unload materials from delivery trucks and distribute them to the work area.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in construction labor or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and flexible shifts.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
