Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Operate basic construction equipment (power tools, saws, drills) under supervision.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols.
- Measure and cut materials as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—attitude and work ethic are key.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the Sacramento job site.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic measurements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
