Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks, including digging, hauling, and material handling.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and clean work areas.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
