Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and painting.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Perform general cleanup duties to ensure the job site is tidy and organized.
- Transport tools and supplies to and from work areas as needed.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down temporary structures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic math skills for measuring and ordering materials.
