Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, marking boundaries, and setting up temporary barriers.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely to and from the site.
- General Labor: Perform manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and holding materials for other skilled tradespeople.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and saws.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, cleaning up spills, and removing waste.
- Assistance: Support carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with necessary tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Work Ethic: Motivated, eager to learn, and willing to work hard in a dynamic environment.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members.
- Documentation: Ability to provide valid identification and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
