Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks, including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction projects and site preparation.
- Ensure work sites are clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations strictly.
- Load and unload construction materials from delivery trucks.
- Read and interpret basic project blueprints and instructions.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory.
