Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks on the job site.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools safely and correctly.
- Prepare and clean the construction site before and after work hours.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts on a consistent basis.
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
