Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall, and finish work.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, trash hauling, and sweeping.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Experience in general labor or construction is preferred.
