Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and projects.
- Tool Operation: Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Support: Perform general labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and hauling debris.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of common construction tools is a plus.
