Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with on-site tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by cleaning, digging, and setting up temporary structures.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints or supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices (PPE usage).
- Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
