Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall, and tiling.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform site preparation duties such as digging, leveling, and cleaning.
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions from site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating material quantities.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid government-issued ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
