The Role
We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn. You will be working on various construction projects in and around the Milwaukee and Illinois border regions.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, painting, and concrete work.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the construction site.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Ensure tools and equipment are stored properly after use.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety gear is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
