Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and debris removal.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials (wood, concrete, metal) according to blueprints.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions from site supervisors.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
- No prior construction experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
