Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of job sites to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools (e.g., forklifts, skid steers) as required and trained.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Transport materials to and from work areas efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold materials weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required for entry-level labor.
